A Cat In The Hat Paper Tube Napkin Ring

Equipment
- Pair of scissors
- glue
Materials
- 1 red toilet paper tube
- 1 roll electrical tape white
- 1 felt circle white
Instructions
- Using the electrical tape. make stripes on the cardboard tube. Tape two stripes, starting about one inch up from the bottom of the toilet paper tube and placing the other one another inch above that one.
- Find a felt circle that is about one inch wider in diameter than your toilet paper tube. My toilet paper tube is about 1 & 1/2 inches wide, so I used a felt circle that is 2 & 1/2 inches wide
- Place the toilet paper tube onto the center of the felt circle and trace it. Cut the center out
- Glue the toilet paper tube to the felt circle

Toilet Paper tubes come in all shapes and sizes, so you may need to adjust the measurements based on your tube's dimensions
To save money, you can recycle toilet paper tubes and paint them red
