Materials

  • 1 medium Head of Cauliflower cleaned and cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • tsp. powdered chicken bouillon
  • tsp. ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. butter unsalted
  • ½ tsp. salt do not add the full amount of salt until you taste the finished product. Add salt to your preference

Instructions

  • Using a Double Boiler, steam the cauliflower florets on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
  • Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, bouillon, ground pepper, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and butter into a blender or food processor
  • Puree the above
  • Add cauliflower, a little at a time, until all of the cauliflower is pureed
  • Taste first to see if it needs salt. Then gradually add the salt mixing each time you
