- A painted brown styrofoam ball for the body - around 4 inches
- A painted brown styrofoam half ball for the head - around 2 inches
- A toothpick
- Googly eyes
- An orange paper beak
- A 1-inch piece of red felt.
- Craft Glue
- Pencil or other similar utensil
- Crayons
Cut off a straight edge from your larger brown foam ball so it will sit level on the table
Place a toothpick into the ball toward the top/center for your neck
Push the smaller brown half-ball onto the toothpick so the curved part is facing outward
Decorate the smaller ball with googly eyes, the orange paper beak, and the red felt shaped into a waddle
Decide where you would like your feathers/crayons to go - make 4-5 holes by pushing a pencil into the spots you've chosen - you can make the holes a little larger by just circling the pencil around
Place 4-5 pieces of crayons into the holes for feathers
