Handprint Indian Corn Craft
A sentimental handprint craft that little kids can make for Thanksgiving.

- 1 piece 1 (9x12) foam sheet green
- pen or pencil to trace with
- cardstock, construction paper, or yellow foam sheet yellow
- several tissue paper cut into small 1-inch squares all colors
- 1 Glue stick or school glue
Cut out a shape from the yellow paper that resembles a corn cob - Mine is 9 inches long, with the bottom about 4 inches wide and the top a little over 2 inches.
Let the kids decorate their corn cob with colorful tissue paper squares by gluing them all over the front of the corn.
Trace and cut out your child's handprints
Place handprints on the back of the corn with the pinky fingers on the outer edges and thumbs on the back
Fold the handprints so they curve around the corn
glue to secure
*you may have to hold the handprints for a few seconds while the glue tries to dry, or place something heavy onto them to hold them in place
