Orange Sesame Baked Chicken

Better than take out

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 4 boneless, and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 T of all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp, of pepper
  • Large zip-lock bag
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Using a shallow dish that will fit all of your chicken breasts, add the soy sauce and orange juice
  3. Coat your chicken breasts on both sides, and set aside, leaving the chicken to soak up some more juices
  4. Combine the flour, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper into a large zip-tight bag
  5. Use tongs to pick the chicken up
  6. Shake off excess sauce
  7. Place chicken breasts in bag and shake to coat
  8. Arrange chicken in a 9×9″ baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray
  9. Place dabs of butter over the chicken breasts
  10. Bake for 40 minutes or until juices in chicken breasts run clear
  11. Best when served over fried rice
