Equipment

  • raffia
  • yarn – fall colors

Ingredients

  • 6 Mini Eclairs or similar oval pastry – Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores
  • 1 16 oz. Chocolate Frosting
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  • Set the frosting, and M&Ms out
  • Add some extra frosting onto the mini eclairs and spread it out

  • Place M&Ms in 2 vertical lines going down the center of the eclairs

Displaying the Indian Corn Treats 

  • Grab some raffia strips, about 4 inches long, and tie some yarn into a bow around the center of the raffia strips
  • Arrange 3 Indian Corn Eclairs on a plate so the 2 on each end are pointed outward
  • Place one end of the raffia slightly under the tops of the Indian Corn treats
  • If you want to do all of these individually and place them on a platter, make smaller bunches of raffia tied with a yarn bow
