  • Lady Fingers – Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores
  • Frosting – colored yellow
  • Mini M&Ms – Take out the blue and the green – go ahead and eat those, or save those for another time! Mine  never made it back to the cupboard
  • Wax Paper
  • Raffia
  • Yarn – fall colors – 0r – if you want to get fancy, find some fall ribbon 🙂

Instructions:

  • Indian corn Thanksgiving dessert
  • Set the yellow frosting, and M&Ms out
  • Place a sheet of wax paper in front of you
  • Place the ladyfinger on the wax paper, and frost the top of the ladyfinger
  • Indian corn Thanksgiving dessert
  • Start using a pattern of mini M&Ms going in vertical lines up and down the ladyfinger

  • Once you have finished & you’re ready to display these guys,  grab a few raffia strips, about 4 inches long, and twist tie one end
  • It's Easy to turn Lady Fingers into Indian Corn for a fun Thanksgiving Dessert
  • Lift up an oval side of the ladyfinger and place the end with the twist tie under the center of the ladyfinger
  • If you want to do all of these individually and place them on a platter, use the yarn to tie a bow into the top of the raffia
  • Or, you could group them into 3, as I did, and tie the bow around 3 bunches of raffia
