If you are ready to make this beef smoked sausage stir fry, let’s make sure you have everything you’ll need
Ingredients :
- Cooked Rice – I have used both brown rice and white rice. I usually just use the instant kind, so this meal is ready in a hurry. Brown rice is a bit healthier than white rice (it contains more nutrients and fewer sugars), but white rice in my opinion is the tastiest with this smoked sausage stir-fry recipe
- Olive Oil – I usually use classic olive oil. Extra Virgin olive oil has a much stronger taste
- Vegetables – sliced (some suggestions are sweet onion, Tomatoes – 2-3 medium – coarsely chopped
- salt – this is to season the vegetables
- Smoked Sausage – cut into 1/2-inch pieces
