How to Make Crockpot Chicken Fajitas…
- Place chicken strips and vegetables into the bottom of the crockpot
- Add lime juice and spices – Mix in
- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours, or low for 10 hours (vegetables should be tender and chicken cooked through)
- Use tongs or a slotted spoon to scoop out vegetables and chicken
- Serve on warm tortillas and with desired toppings – such as: sour cream, avocodo, shredded cheese, cooked black beans and pico de gallo

Ingredients
- 3 boneless chicken breasts – cut into strips
- 1 sweet onion – sliced into strips
- bell peppers green, yellow and red – cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- ¾ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. alt
- ½ tsp. chili powder

- 8 warm tortillas
- suggested toppings sour cream, shredded cheese, pico de gayo
Instructions
- Place the chicken, onion slices, and bell pepper slices into your crock pot
- Add the lime juice and spices – mix
- Place the lid on and set on high for around 6 hours
