  • 1 can of garbanzo beans – rinsed and drained
  • 1 can of kidney beans – rinsed and drained
  • chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions
