Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk 2% or whole
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ` cup corn flakes crushed
  • serving suggestions – syrup and powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Cut your toast into thirds
  • Grab a large mixing bowl and add your eggs, milk, sugar, extract, and cinnamon
  • Whisk together
  • Place your sliced bread pieces into the egg mixture to soak
