We all need these easy to do on the stove top dinners for our busiest of nights! I love that this is all done in one skillet! Less dishes to clean! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
- 1 Package of Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice or something similar
- Butter - Use the rice packet's measurement guide
- Water - Use the ric e packet's measurement guide
- ¼ cup of Miracle Whip
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 T butter
- 3 Chicken Breast
- ¼ c of Milk
Instructions
- Using a large skillet, add the contents of the rice packet with the butter and water suggestion on the package of rice
- Stir in the miracle whip, and soup
- Add Chicken breasts and close the lid
- Once the chicken and rice has cooked, and rice is tender - about 25 minutes - add milk and stir in
- Add a slice of tomato to each breast of chicken and a slice of mozzarella
- Place the lid back on and allow tomatoes to get tender and let cheese melt - just a couple more minutes
