Turtle Brownies

The best dessert recipes always come from my mom’s old church cookbooks. I mean, those guys and gals knew how to cook! These are no exception. Just look at that fudginess (I’m sure that’s a technical term), the layer of milk chocolate, and the caramel oozing out. I love using old-fashioned, tried, and true recipes like this one and this old-fashioned peach cobbler, chocolate bundt cake, and strawberry pretzel salad
