Done in 60 Minutes Dinner Roll Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages of dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1&1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 4 cups of flour

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to about 110 degrees
  2. Add the sugar and yeast – mix to dissolve
  3. Let stand for about 10 minutes
  4. Sir in the rest of the ingredients
  5. Let stand covered in a warm place for about 20 minutes, or until it’s doubled in size
  6. Form the dough into balls and place on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
