Healthy Hearty Meatless Chili Recipe

Hearty Metless Chili – You’ll never miss the meat!


  • 2 cans of Kidney Beans – I used light red
  • 1 can of Black Beans – drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans of Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can of Mexican Style Corn
  • 1/2 Cup of Chunky Salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. of Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp. of Chili Powder

Optional Toppings

  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. In a large pot, over medium/high heat, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes
  3. You are done! Enjoy! Of course chili is always best the next day, so feel free to make this in advance
