Baked Artichoke Dip with Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. can mushrooms sliced
- 1 14 oz. artichoke hearts drained
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1&1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded – divided
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Chop the artichoke hearts
- Reserve about 1/4 of the Parmesan, Dump everything else together in a big bowl, and mix
- Pour everything out, into a greased 9×9 – or similar – baking dish and sprinkle the extra Parmesan on top
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese on top is getting a little golden
- Serve with crackers or cold vegetables 🙂 Enjoy – Happy Holidays!
