S’mores Drop Cookies

Cookie Recipes are some of our favorite kinds to create and enjoy. Summer cookie recipes like this S’more cookie are a whole level of different types of cookies. There is something so refreshing about a lemon cookie that melts in your mouth and a S’more Cookie Bar.

Are you ready for the back-to-school madness? We have one week left of summer, and my head is spinning. I’ve even popped up in the middle of the night with “to-do” items on my mind. I have to say, this summer is hard to give up, too. My kids are growing up so fast. I am relishing every night we’ve had around the backyard fire pit. With so many memories like ghost stories or chit-chats around the fire…It’s sad to see them go. That’s why I’m bringing the fun of S’mores around the fire inside for after-school snacks and late-night chats.

I can’t wait to have friends over for S’mores Drops. It will be nice to have the taste of S’mores around the fire without having to find everything for actual S’mores. Of Course, I’ll have to make a new batch. All 20 of these babies are already gone. They didn’t last long.
