The alternative to the chocolate reindeer noses! 🙂 Y’all! I know I have a ton of sugar sweets on this site! But, I do try to balance things here at home. To tell you the truth my kids can’t get enough of fruit! I know they would absolutely grab a cookie if it was offered at a Christmas party, but I also know if a fruit cup was there – they would grab that too. This so simple to do.
For this super simple Reindeer Nose Fruit Cup, You’ll Need:
- Fresh Blackberries (I was able to get 4 cups per package)
- Maraschino cherries without the stems
- plastic forks
- clear plastic party cups
For some wonderful reason, blackberries are on sale in my neck of the woods, at Christmas time. If that is not the case for you, then substitute black or purple grapes. Of course, seedless are the kid preferred.
If you want to get technical and fill the cups according to the reindeer that pull Santa’s sleigh – Santa has 8 reindeer with black noses and then there’s Rudolph with a red nose!
I am also adding this adorable printable! Just click and print on cardstock. Cut down the middle and fold at the top of the picture, so it stands on it’s own.
