Uncle Sam Hat Jello Snack Fun Foods

I was looking at one of those little red Jell-O snack cups and realized that when you turn it upside down, it looks just like Uncle Sam’s hat! I had to give it a try, and I think they turned out so cute.
These patriotic treats are incredibly easy to make. I simply drew on the stripes with paint pens, and after making one practice hat, the rest came together in just a few minutes. They’re the perfect no-bake treat for Fourth of July parties, Memorial Day, Labor Day, backyard BBQs, picnics, or any summer celebration with the kids.

Here’s what you’ll need:

- Red Jell-O snack cups (I used the Jell-O brand because the shape worked perfectly for the hats.)
- Navy blue paint pen
- White paint pen
- Small white star stickers
How to make Uncle Sam Hat Jell-O Snacks
- Turn the Jell-O snack cup upside down. Notice the smooth section near the bottom? That becomes the blue band on Uncle Sam’s hat.

- Use the navy blue paint pen to color that section all the way around the cup.

- Draw vertical white stripes around the rest of the cup with the white paint pen. Don’t worry about making them perfect—each hat has its own personality!

- Finish by adding the white star stickers to the blue band.
- That’s it! Your patriotic Uncle Sam Hat Jell-O Snacks are ready to serve.
I hope these bring a little extra fun to your summer celebrations. They’re simple enough for kids to help make and always get lots of smiles!
