You guys, it’s so easy to make. The only part that’s labor-intensive is sauteing the onions.
I love this recipe so much by itself, but I’ve been thinking that it would be even more delicious paired with this Copycat Outback Ranch Dressing as a dip. It’s no secret that I love appetizers. Honestly, I think a meal of appetizers would be better than getting a main and side. Some other appetizers that go great with this one would have to be this Buffalo Dip made with Wing Sauce and a delicious pizza crescent ring

What do you need to make Buffalo Chicken Pizza?
Ingredients:
- thin crust pizza – like flatbread. I found some pre-baked flatbread for my pizza, but if you can’t find that then you can get a thin-crust pizza dough and just use the instructions from the package for baking
- buffalo chicken sauce – you can adjust the amount of spiciness with the type of sauce you buy. I get mild
- olive oil
- red onion
- cooked chicken breast
- crumbled blue cheese
- mozzarella cheese
- ranch dressing for dipping
How do you make Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza?
- In a medium-sized skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the sliced red onion until tender
- Pour the sauce over the crust and spread it around
- Sprinkle the cheese, chicken breast, and cooked onion on the pizza
- Cook at 425 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- Cut into individual squares or slices
- Sprinkle more blue cheese over the pizza
- Optional – drizzle more hot wing sauce over the pizza
- Serve with Ranch Dressing

- 1 Thin Crust Pizza – prebaked
- ¼ – ½ cup buffalo Chicken Sauce – like Frank's Hot Wing Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small red onion sliced
- ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup chicken breast – cooked and cubed
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing for Dipping
Instructions
- In a medium sized skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the red onion sliced until tender
- Pour the sauce over the crust and spread around
- Sprinkle the cheeses, chicken breast and cooked onion on the pizza
- Cook at 425 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted

Notes
- *If you like a crunch to your onion – omit the saute part. I like my onions tender, but the restaurant left them crunchy
