Supplies You’ll Need

- A potted plant or flower
- A long slip of construction paper or cardstock
- White paper
- Teacher Gift Printable – Download and print on paper
- Tape
- Gluestick
- Optional: Markers or Crayons
How to Make this Teacher Gift
Print the Tag: Download and print the free printable.
Mount It: Cut out or fold the printable so that it centers over the colorful paper, and glue it onto a piece of colorful construction paper to add a border and extra sturdiness.

Optional: Have the kids sign the paper with a crayon or marker.

Wrap the Pot: Once your tag is ready, wrap it around the front of the flowerpot. Secure it with clear tape or double-sided tape.
