Ham, Bacon, and Cheese Slow Cooker Breakfast Bread

Ham, Bacon, and Eggs, Slow Cooker Breakfast Bread - Wake up to a delicous smelling kitchen!

Wake up to a breakfast bread already made for you!


  • 1 lb. of bacon
  • 8 oz. of cooked cubed ham
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp. of brown sugar
  • about 10 slices of white bread
  • 3 cups of Mexican Style Cheese
  • 1&3/4 cup of milk
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard ground
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper ground


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the pound of bacon until crisp, and brown
  2. Place bacon on paper towlels, and pour out most of the bacon grease – leaving about 1 tsp. in the skillet
  3. Pour the ham cubes in the skillet, cook over med. heat, tossing until slightly browned
  4. Add water, and brown sugar to the skillet, and your bacon strips – crumbled. Stir in
  5. Grease the slow cooker
  6. Layer the slow cooker with a layer of bread, cutting some where needed
  7. Next layer is the meat mixture from the skillet – about 1/2 to 3/4 cup sprinkled evenly over bread
  8. Finally cheese – 1 cup per layer, sprinkled evenly over bread and meat
  9. Repeat those layers until you have used all of your bread, ham, and cheese. I made 3 layers of each
  10. In a large bowl, preferably with a spout, whisk the eggs, mustard, and pepper
  11. Pour the mixture, evenly over the layers in the slow cooker
  12. Place heat setting on low – 8-10 hours
  13. Cut, and serve!
