Here’s what you’ll need…
- Mini Eclairs or similar oval pastry – Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores
- Chocolate Frosting
- M&Ms
- Raffia
- Yarn – fall colors
Indian Corn Thanksgiving Treats
Equipment

- yarn – fall colors
Ingredients
- 6 Mini Eclairs or similar oval pastry – Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores
- 1 16 oz. Chocolate Frosting
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Set the frosting, and M&Ms out
- Add some extra frosting onto the mini eclairs and spread it out
- Place M&Ms in 2 vertical lines going down the center of the eclairs
Displaying the Indian Corn Treats
- Grab some raffia strips, about 4 inches long, and tie some yarn into a bow around the center of the raffia strips
- Arrange 3 Indian Corn Eclairs on a plate so the 2 on each end are pointed outward
- Place one end of the raffia slightly under the tops of the Indian Corn treats
- If you want to do all of these individually and place them on a platter, make smaller bunches of raffia tied with a yarn bow
