What Kind of Chocolate Can I Use to Dip my Candy Canes in?

How do you Melt Chocolate Melts?
I like to place the amount of chocolate I think I’ll need into a glass microwave-proof bowl. I microwave the chocolate on high for 1 minute. Then, I use a silicone utensil to stir the chocolate. Finally, I place it back into the microwave for 30 more seconds and stir until smooth
Tips and Tricks:
- use wax paper to set melted chocolate onto dry
- silicone utensils are great non-stick utensils to use when working with chocolate
