How do you make Chewy, Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies?
- Mix sugars, butter, extract, and eggs
- In another bowl, mix the baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, and flour
- Add the dry mixture to the wet
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Chocolate Chip Cookies {So Soft and Delicious}
Equipment
- baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Ingredients
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter softened unsalted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
- 2&1/3 cups flour
- 1 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- cream the first five ingredients together (brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs)
- in a separate bowl, sift the last 4 ingredients together
- mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
- add 1 large bag of chocolate chips – milk chocolate or semi-sweet
- Bake for 12 minutes
