This is one of those old church potluck recipes. I remember these being at almost every function and holiday. Thank goodness, they are pretty tasty and really simple to make. I made these in a super big hurry for…you guess it, a church function! Come on in, and I’ll share the recipe with you:

Vegetable and Ranch Pinwheel

  • Cook Time: 30
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 36 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese – softened
  • 1 package of dry ranch salad dressing
  • 4 (12 inch) flour torillas
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sweet peppers – chopped
  • 1 can of black olives, drained and sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients
  2. Spread the mixture onto the tortilla shells
  3. Add the peppers and olives
  4. Roll the tortilla wraps tightly
  5. Cover and refrigerate
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes
  7. Cut into 1 inch slices and serve
