This dip is a teensy-weensy bit spicy. For me, the spicier the better.
As you see, I made this dip in an iron skillet, but you can easily make it on a low setting of your slow cooker. It will probably be ready to eat within a few hours.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. Salsa Verde
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz. green chiles drained
- ½ cup half and half
Instructions
- Place everything into a sauce pan over medium heat or into a slow cooker on low heat, and warm until cheeses blend together
- Mix well
- Serve with tortilla chips
