- mayonnaise – for creaminess

Equipment
- mixing bowls
- mixing utensils
- food processor for chopping vegetables
Ingredients
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sugar granulated
- ¼ cup milk 2% or whole
- 1&1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper ground black pepper
- 1 large cabbage head – finely chopped
- ½ cup baby carrots – finely chopped
- 1 small Sweet Vidalia onion – finely chopped
Instructions
- Make your dressing by mixing the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, salt, and pepper
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, carrots and onions
- Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables
- Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer it soaks in the juices the better! 🙂
