
I love baked beans. There is just nothing like getting together for a big family potluck or holiday dinner and slopping a pile of baked beans next the already huge pile of food! Yum. Yum. Come on in, and I’ll share the recipe for this delicious BBQ Baked Beans!
I had my family over for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration, and this was on the menu. Compliment after compliment on this dish, y’all!

Delicious bbq baked beans

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. of sirloin ground beef
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. of yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp. of chili powder
- 1 - 30 oz. can of pinto beans
- 1/2 lb. of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Using a skillet over med/high heat cook the onion and beef together for about 5 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and onion is tender
- Drain the beef
- In a medium casserole dish, add the beef and onion mixture
- Add all other ingredients and mix well
- Bake for about 45 minutes
