How fun! Great last minute dessert idea! This caught my eye at the #ThursdayFavoriteThings Hop. Do you know how long this mix keeps? I assume you store it at room temp in a sealed container?

Thanks for clicking through! Isn’t it fun?! That’s a great question, and I’ll have to update the post to explain that. Thank you. Yes, you are correct in assuming you store the unused mix in an air tight sealed container – at room temp. The expiration of the dry 3,2,1 mix should mirror the packages (angel food cake mix, and the other cake mix you choose) expiration dates. The shelf life will vary. Most box mixes have at least a few months of shelf life before their expiration dates – that’s a long time to have the mix on hand. 🙂
