- Dr. Seuss Party Game using How the Grinch Stole Christmas
- Pinwheel Truffula Tree
You’ll Need: for about 6-8 trees
- 1 round plastic container of cotton candy
- wooden skewers, or wooden dowels
- Scissors
- Styrofoam – to hold the trees
Instructions
- Separate the cotton candy into several pieces, keeping the round circles about 1/2 inch thick
- Push a skewer halfway into a round piece of cotton candy
- Use scissors to cut diagonal lines all around the cotton candy circle – about 1 inch deep
- This makes the pieces look a little like a pinwheel
- Place the trees into the styrofoam to hold them apart
- **Cotton candy takes on moisture from the air. What was once airy, and fluffy will start to harden from moisture. It’s best to make these close to party time, or place them in an air-tight container until you are ready
