  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1 oz. taco seasoning
  • ½ cup salsa mild
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Jack-O-Lantern Decoration ingredients

  • 3 blue tortilla chips triangles
  • 1 3 oz. black olives sliced
  • 1 celery 3-inch piece


  • In a large bowl – mix the cream cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning
  • If you plan on making this in advance, then store this portion – covered in a the fridge
  • When you are ready, grab your platter
  • Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the middle of the platter and spread out into a large circle that is the width of your platter
  • Cover the mixture in shredded cheese
  • Try to find some broken blue chips that you can make smaller triangle from
  • Just break off the uneven parts to form your triangles for the eyes and mouth
  • Form a smile or frown with the sliced olives
  • Push the celery piece into the top to represent the stem
  • Serve with a bowl of tortilla chips
