Cupcakes can be made several days in advance of your party.

Storage: Store frosted cupcakes in a sealed container at room temperature

How do I Eat cupcakes in a tall Cupcake Wrapper?

Tall paper cupcake wrappers are not really meant to be peeled back like a classic cupcake wrapper is. I would eat these cupcakes with a spoon or a fork.

  • Salted caramel
  • pumpkin spice
  • coffee
  • banana
  • red velvet
  • chocolate
  • fun fetti
  • carrot
  • lemon
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chip

How do I Keep My Cupcakes Moist?

Bubbles. When stirring the batter, do not over-stir. Those bubbles contain air pockets that expand during baking. If you over-mix the batter, your bubbles will disappear and your cupcakes will be too dense.

Tips and Tricks:

  • use room temperature ingredients. When you use room temperature ingredients, they mix easily with the rest of the ingredients
  • fill cupcake wrappers 2/3 of the way
  • place wrappers on a baking sheet for baking in the oven

Ingredients:

  • baked cupcakes in a paper wrapper – the best wrapper that I could find for what I thought looked great with a snow cone theme were red and white striped wrappers. I thought they looked like a circus-type cone and that would be cute for a summer snow cone cupcake
  • white frosting – some good flavors would be vanilla frosting, cream cheese frosting, or classic white frosting
  • sugar crystals sprinkle – I used red and blue sprinkles, but snow cones come in a variety of flavors and colors, so get whatever colors fit your theme, mood, or party

Other equipment you’ll need:

  • wooden ice cream spoons – I bought mine from Amazon. The link is above
  • spreading utensils – I used a butter knife and kept it simple. I just simply spread the frosting on
