- 2 dozen cupcakes baked in paper wrappers (preferably a thick paper wrapper with a summertime design)
- white frosting
- colored sugar crystal sprinkles (I used red and blue to go with my red and white striped wrapper)
- wooden ice cream spoon
Instructions
- spread frosting on cooled cupcakes
- while frosting is still wet and sticky, quickly shake sprinkled over the top in lines just like a snow cone has different colored syrup in rows – 2 or 3 colors would be best
- push a spoon down on the back of the cupcake
