Every summer, I find myself looking for easy ways to help my family cool off without spending a fortune on frozen treats. We always have a pitcher of sweet tea in the refrigerator, so one day I wondered why not turn it into popsicles?

After a little experimenting, these Sweet Tea Popsicles quickly became one of our favorite hot-weather treats. They’re simple to make, refreshing on a scorching afternoon, and a fun twist on a classic glass of Southern sweet tea.

If you’re looking for an easy homemade popsicle recipe that’s perfect for backyard barbecues, pool days, or simply surviving a summer heat wave, I think you’ll love these.

Tea Flavored Popsicles

Sometimes, popsicles are a snack, and sometimes, they are a dessert. This sweet tea popsicle might even be considered a drink. I love to turn snack time into something fun and refreshing, like with this watermelon-shaped butterfly, or Jell-O beach snacks.

For this summer snack, sweet tea is required, but lemon is optional.
