  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 c of sour cream
  3. 1/2 stick of melted unsalted butter
  4. 2 c of Jiffy cornbread mix
  5. 1 T sugar
  6. 1/2 t salt
  7. 1 (15 oz.) can of sweet corn - drained
  8. 1 (15 0z.) can of cream-style corn
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Just mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cornbread
