  1. 1 9in. graham cracker pie crust
  2. 1&1/2 cups of light corn syrup
  3. 1/2 cup of sugar
  4. 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  5. 1/4 tsp. salt
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Using a large bowl, mix the corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and salt together
  3. Beat in the eggs and the almond extract
  4. Pour into the prepared pie crust
  5. Place pie on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the top has risen, and the middle is about set
  1. You can use foil to prevent the crust from browning. Just cover the crust during the last half of baking
