How to Make Shaving Cream Marbled Hearts
- Line both baking pans or trays
- Spray shaving cream into one pan

- Spread it into an even thick layer
- Squirt paint colors over the shaving cream
- Use 1–3 colors depending on your design

- Take a toothpick and drag lines through the paint
- Swirl vertically and horizontally to create patterns

- Place cardstock (or paper shape) onto the surface
- Press gently so it makes full contact

- Lift paper straight up

- Place it on the clean lined pan
- Hold paper steady with one hand
- Use a flat-edge tool to scrape off shaving cream
- Drag in one smooth motion across the page

- Repeat scrape if needed

- Let dry completely
Why Cardstock Is Best
Regular paper tends to wrinkle and tear when wet. Cardstock is sturdier and keeps the marbled pattern crisp when you scrape off the shaving cream.
Valentine Craft Tips for Best Results
- Don’t over-swirl — too much mixing makes muddy colors
- Thick shaving cream layer works best
- Press paper evenly — don’t wiggle it
- Scrape in one direction for cleaner lines
- Bright paints show strongest contrast
- Silicone tools are easiest to clean
Variations
- Try red, pink, and purple for Valentine hearts
- Turn your marbled shaving cream hearts into cards
- Use heart templates for Valentine decorations
