Ingredients for Homemade Strawberry Pizza
- all-purpose flour
- baking powder
- salt
- melted butter
- cream cheese
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip
- sugar
- water
- cornstarch
- strawberry Jell-O
- fresh strawberries

Strawberry Pizza Recipe {the best!}
Equipment
- 1 9-inch round pan deep sides
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. of baking powder
- ½ tsp. of salt
- 1 cup 2 sticks of butter – unsalted
- *optional – nuts – crushed or chopped into small bits
First Layer
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 12 oz. of Cool Whip
Top Layer
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 small box of strawberry Jell-O
- 2 pt. of fresh strawberries – sliced
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt
- Melt butter and mix with flour mixture
- press into a deep round baking pan or pizza pan
- Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes or until done
- blend cheese and sugar until smooth
- fold in Cool Whip
- Spread cream cheese layer over baked crust
- *If using a shallow pan, pull the cheese up on the sides so the filling will not run out
- in a saucepan over med/high heat, mix water, sugar, and cornstarch
- bring to a boil
- cook until clear
- add Jell-O and mix
- cool completely – for at least 30 minutes
- add strawberries and spread mixture over the top of cream cheese
- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more before cutting
Notes
- you can use self-rising flour, but omit baking powder and salt in the crust
