Ingredients for Homemade Strawberry Pizza

Crust

  • all-purpose flour
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • melted butter

Cream Cheese Layer

  • cream cheese
  • powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip

Strawberry Layer

  • sugar
  • water
  • cornstarch
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • fresh strawberries

How to make a No-Bake Strawberry Pizza

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt
  • Melt butter and mix with the flour mixture.
  • Press into a deep round baking pan or pizza pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes or until done
  • blend cheese and sugar until smooth
  • fold in Cool Whip
  • Spread cream cheese layer over baked crust
  • *If using a shallow pan, pull the cheese up on the sides so the filling will not run out
  • in a saucepan over medium/high heat, mix water, sugar, and cornstarch
  • bring to a boil
  • cook until clear
  • add Jell-O and mix
  • cool completely – for at least 30 minutes
  • Add strawberries and spread the mixture over the top of the cream cheese
  • Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more before cutting

  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks – unsalted
  • *optional – nuts – crushed or chopped into small bits

First Layer

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Top Layer

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 oz. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 pt. fresh strawberries – sliced
