My kids only have one more full week left of summer before they head back to school. Although I am sad that they are beginning new chapters in life, I am excited about all of the fun activities this time of year brings. We love to go apple picking. The kids usually fill their bags pretty full, and I’m left trying to find recipes for all of the apples…but I still love every minute of it! I also love all of the apple crafts the kids bring home from the beginning of the school year. They are so adorable!
