FAQ’s
How Far in Advance Can I Make These Toppers?
You can make them several days in advance. Once they are frozen, you can pop them out of their mold and place them side by side in a gallon ziplock bag. Layer them with wax paper in between so the moisture from the bottom does not smudge your drawn designs.
What if I Don’t Have a Silicone Mold?
Try lining a regular muffin tin with wax paper or parchment paper.
Do I Have to Use Whipped Cream in a Can?
No. I like the consistency of the design with canned whipped cream, but any whipped cream will make great frozen hot chocolate toppers. You can use whipped cream from tubs or homemade whipped cream.
Storing
Once the whipped cream toppers are frozen, you can pop them out of their mold and place them side by side in a gallon ziplock bag. Layer them with wax paper in between so the moisture from the bottom does not smudge your drawn designs.
