PrintHalloween Chocolate Pretzels Rods {Ghost, Mummy & Witch} | Kid Friendly Things To Do

Make these simple Halloween Pretzels Treats for a fun snack or for your Halloween Party.
- Prep Time: 10 min.
- Cook Time: 15 min.
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: 24 pretzel rods 1x
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt the candy melts – I like to put my melts into a microwave proof glass bowl and heat them for 1 minute, stir and then heat for 30 more seconds, stir until smooth
- Place wax paper on your work surface
- Dip the pretzels halfway into the white chocolate and spin it around until it is coated
- *I like to dip it a second time to get a thick coating
- Before the pretzels dry, you’ll want to attach any decorations so they will stick to the pretzels
- I would suggest decorating each one as you dip them
Decorating:
Mummies:
- Pour some melted chocolate into the squeeze bottle
- *you can also use a zip tight bag and snip a corner to squeeze chocolate out of
- Add 2 candy eyes to the pretzels
- Going in a back and forth zig-zag motion, squeeze more white chocolate onto the rod making it look like a mummy
Ghosts:
- Add candy eyes
- Grab a tootsie roll, break it in half and shape the soft candy into an oval shape
- Place it on the pretzel for your ghost mouth
Witch Fingers:
- Break a tootsie roll in half and shape it into a triangle shape for the witch’s nail
- Attatch the nail to the tip of the chocolate covered pretzel
- Decorate with sprinkles
