When summertime finally hits, I love to celebrate with fun summer treats like this shark drink for kids, snow cone cupcakes, and this firecracker chocolate marshmallow treat.

This beach Jell-O cup snack is so much fun. It’s also easy to make. It would be a fun food craft for the kids to help make with you on a hot summer day.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Water
  • Teddy Grahams
  • Black or Brown Food Marker
  • Graham Crackers
  • Peach Gummy Rings
  • Airhead Xtremes

Clear Cups – I used a 9-oz. clear cup for this fun snack

How to Make these Jell-O Snacks

Prepare blue Jell-O according to the package directions

Pour Jell-O into clear cups

Place them in the refrigerator to set up

Once the Jell-O is firm, you can start to decorate the Jell-O cups

Use the edible marker to draw sunglasses on the Teddy Grahams

To Make the Beach Sand:

Place graham crackers in a baggie and crush with a rolling pin or mash with your hands

Use the crushed graham crackers to represent sand on the beach. I like to cover half of the blue Jell-O

To Make Teddy Bears Suntanning:

Cut Airhead strips into a size that is a little bit longer than the teddy grahams, and use those as beach blankets

Place the candy blankets over the graham cracker sand areas

Place a Teddy Graham onto the Airhead Blankets

Place Teddy Grahams into Peach Gummy Rings and place them directly onto the blue Jell-O

Pro Tip

Speed up the Jell-O firming time by Adding Ice to your cold cup of water

Make sure you stir until the Jell-O is completely dissolved

Variations

Make a Bech Pudding Cup with blue pudding. They sell blue pudding cups at grocery stores, or make blue pudding by adding a little blue food coloring to vanilla pudding.
