Do I need to refrigerate Cheesecake Brownies?
- You can leave cheesecake brownies covered at room temperature for a couple of days. Any leftovers after that time period can be covered and refrigerated for up to five days.
How do I make brownies less cakey?
- Use one less egg in the batter. Eggs will lift the brownies in baking making brownies rise and become cakey

- 2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 2 Whole Large Eggs
- 8 oz. of Cream Cheese – softened
- 4 Tbsp. butter softened
- 1/3 Cup of granulated sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combining cheesecake and brownies into an easy-to-make Marbled Cheesecake Brownie.
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 box of Fudge Brownie mix
- 2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 2 Whole Large Eggs
- 8 oz. of Cream Cheese – softened
- 4 Tbsp. butter softened
- 1/3 Cup of granulated sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl – mix the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs
- Pour the brownie mixture into a prepared (greased) pan
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, sugar, egg, flour, and vanilla
- Drop by spoonfuls onto the brownie mixture
- Using a toothpick, create beautiful patterns on the top of the brownies
- Pull the toothpick back and forth in a Z pattern
- Turn the dish, and repeat the Z pattern going the opposite way
- Bake for about 30 minutes
- Cool, and cut into bars

- Store in an Airtight Container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
