How do you make Owl Cupcakes?
Instructions:
- let your baked cupcakes cool completely
- using the white frosting, pipe large and tall circles for eyes by layering the circles to make them tall
- push yellow M&Ms into the center of the white eyes
- use a little bit of frosting to glue the chocolate chips onto the center of the M&M
- add upside-down candy corn in between the eyes for the beak

- 24 chocolate cupcakes cooled use a boxed chocolate cake mix to make cupcakes or your favorite cake recipe
- 1 16 oz. white frosting
- 48 yellow M&Ms
- 48 mini chocolate chips
