  • Covered and refrigerated, this dip should last about 1 week. The toppings, however, like tomatoes may get soggy. Remove any toppings that aren’t fresh and replace with fresh toppings or leave them off altogether.

This dip is a huge hit with both family and friends!

  • Yield: 8-10 servings 1x


  • 12 oz. of cream cheese – softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 1/2 packet of taco seasoning – more if you prefer a stronger fiesta flavor
  • Fiesta shredded cheese mix


  • Chopped tomato
  • Sliced olives
  • Lettuce Leaves


  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and seasoning mix
  2. Optional – In a serving dish place a border of lettuce leaves
  3. Fill in with dip
  4. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and olives. You’re Done! Yum!


  • **You can make this in advance and refrigerate in an airtight container until your ready
