How to Make White Chocolate Ghost Strawberries
Prep the Strawberries – Pick out some strawberries with rounded tips. Rinse and pat them dry with paper towel. Any moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking.
In a small glass microwave proof bowl, melt the white chocolate
Make Ghost Tails – Pour some melted white chocolate into a piping bag – snip the end off for squeezing
Set out wax paper on your work surface
Pipe a ghost tail onto the wax paper

Dip Strawberries – Holding the stem of a strawberry into the bowl of melted chocolate – coating all of the sides
Set the chocolate strawberry onto the ghost tail to dry
Repeat with remaining strawberries

Making the Ghost Face – Melt some brown chocolate and pour it into a different piping bag
Snip a small opening off of the end of the bag
Squeeze out two eyes and a mouth onto each ghost strawberry
Let air dry and place on a serving tray

Expert Tips
Melt chocolate in intervals. I like to set the microwave on high for one minute, take out the chocolate and stir. If needed, I microwave for 30 seconds more and stir until smooth. I do not go beyond that because the chocolate will start to seize and have a reverse affect. It will harden.
Use fresh chocolate. Chocolate can age and it won’t melt properly.
Buy extra strawberries. You’ll need to buy extra strawberries than you think you’ll need to find the perfect ones.
Variations
Frankenstein Strawberries – Make green strawberries with black hair and stictches
Jack-O-Lantern Strawberries – Dip strawberries in orange chocolate and make Jack-O-Lantern faces
Eyes – Use candy eyes instead of chocolate for a different look
