Jack-O-Lantern Halloween Drink Idea

This Halloween drink for kids is a fun craft, party drink, or both. You can even decorate water bottles with this cute design for school parties. I used flavored vitamin water for this drink idea, which, lucky for me, is orange—perfect for a Jack-O-Lantern Drink.

Supplies You’ll Need

Jack-O-Lantern Halloween Drinks for Kids
  • An orange drink—ideas include fruit water, orange soda cans, orange juice bottles, or orange soda bottles. Tip: I really think the Jack-O-Lantern is the cutest when it is short and squatty. In my opinion, an 8 oz. to 10 oz. drink is the perfect size.
  • Wide Gingham wired ribbon – I found my ribbon at Michael’s Craft store, but you can find the same gingham ribbon online
  • Fabric Glue like fabri-tac
  • Black Adhesive Foam – I used a glitter foam sheet
  • Green pipe cleaners or chenille stems
  • Scissors

How to make your fun Halloween drinks:

  • Wrap the ribbon around your drink to see how wide you need to cut it. It will probably be about 4 inches.
  • Use that as a template for cutting sections of ribbon for your drinks
  • Wrap the ribbon around the bottles and glue them together at the back
  • Stack a couple of foam adhesive paper together and cut out several triangles for Jack-O-Lantern shapes

Make Water Bottle Jack-O-Lantern Drinks. It’s not going to be as cute as orange water, but it will still be super cute and perfect for School Parties that want water to be the only drink.
