These Ring Pop Mocktails are a fantastic way to add pizazz to any holiday or celebration. They are easy to make, with only two ingredients that bubble with excitement and a bonus ring pop surprise inside. These drinks are as exciting to make as they are to drink.

When we have celebrations, I like to have as many fun drinks for the kids as I do for the adults. Our favorite drinks are always the fun and simple drinks like Gummy Bear Mocktails, Cotton Candy Mocktails, and Shirley Temple Drinks for kids.
This Rock Candy Mocktail fits the simple and fun category. I love how it sparkles and changes color as the candy dissolves.
What you’ll love about this recipe:
Ingredients

- Sparkling White Grape Juice – Grape juice is the best option out of all of the sparkling drinks because it is clear in color.
- Ring Pops – You’ll need two per drink. One to color the drink and one for a fun garnish.
Suggested Equipment
Plastic flute glasses or clear plastic cups
How to Make Ring Pop Mocktails
Place a ring pop in the bottom of the flute or cup
Pour sparkling grape juice over the ring pop

Take one more ring pop for garnish and close the open part of the ring with tape

Slide the taped ring pop over a straw so it rests on the side of the glass or cup.

Let the drink sit for a couple of minutes so the grape juice can dissolve the candy and turn the drink into a colorful and fun drink.

Flavor Variations
Soda: You can easily substitute a lemon-lime soda for the grape juice
Fruit Juice: Add white grape juice or white cranberry juice
