This Kiwi milkshake is a yummy, healthy milkshake for kids. It’s hard to believe a milkshake can be delicious and healthy, but this drink is both. Honeydew, kiwi, milk, and ice cream are all mixed, making this a fun and nutritious drink for the kids.

Expert Tip

When honey hits the ice cream, it freezes up and makes hard bits of honey throughout the shake. Add the honey to another area of the blender away from the ice cream and mix well so the honey is mixed throughout.

    • 1 cup honeydew peeled and chopped
    • 1 tbsp. honey
    • 2 cups ice cream
    • cup milk 2% or whole
