Years ago, a friend of mine gave me this amazing Blonde Brownie Recipe – also known as a Blondie Recipe. Soft, chewy, and so delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for any brownie lover.

Basic Blonde Brownie Recipe

I love easy-to-make recipes and easy-to-make desserts . Brownies are such an American classic recipe and they are one of my favorite desserts to make. They never last long on the counter, because everyone loves a good brownie. When I’m not making brownies, you can find me whipping up some fun pumpkin spice milkshakes, or Mounds Bar Copy-Cat Bars

Are you ready to make this recipe? Let’s make sure you have everything you need: 

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

How to Make Blonde Brownies

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a pan (either a 9Ɨ11, 10Ɨ10, or 9Ɨ13) with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking powder
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in
  • Spoon into the prepared pan
  • Bake 30 minutes – or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
