Ingredients
- 10 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (16 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional, but recommended)

How to Make Golden Graham Marshmallow Treats
How to Make Golden Graham Sโmores Drops
Step 1: Combine the dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the Golden Graham cereal and mini marshmallows. Gently stir to combine.

Step 2: Melt the chocolate mixture
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, corn syrup, and butter.
Microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir.
Return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

Step 3: Add the vanilla
Stir in the vanilla extract and continue mixing until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy.
Step 4: Combine everything
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and marshmallows.

Gently fold the mixture together until the cereal and marshmallows are fully coated in chocolate.
Step 5: Scoop the drops
Using a greased ice cream scoop or large spoon, drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Step 6: Let set
Allow the drops to cool and firm up at room temperature before serving.

Press Into Pan
Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Lightly butter your hands or use parchment paper to gently press into an even layer. Donโt pack too firmly or theyโll turn hard.
Cool & Cut
Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30โ45 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy!

Cinnamon Toasters S’mores Drops
Equipment
- ice cream scoop
- wax paper
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cinnamon Toast Cereal
- 1&1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips – I used milk chocolate but you can use your favorite flavor
- โ cup corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- ยฝ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, pour in the cereal and marshmallows – mix well
- In a medium, microwave proof bowl, add the chocolate chips, syrup and butter
- Microwave for 1 minute, take out and stir then pop back in the microwave for 30 more seconds
- Add vanilla and stir in
- Stir until smooth
- Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture and mix it all together
- Use a greased ice cream scoop or large spoon to scoop out the S'mores Drops onto a sheet of wax paper
- Let cool and Enjoy
